(hereinafter, “the Consultant”), with registered office at 5 Tancred Close, Northampton NN4 6RG, England, registered with Companies House, England and Wales under number 16120974, with VAT number 484794335, is responsible.

The use of this website, as well as the services made available to the User on it, implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Terms and Conditions of Use. Therefore, the User must carefully read this document each time they intend to use the website, as it and its conditions of use may undergo modifications.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the access and use of the website, including the content and services made available to users. However, the access and use of certain content and/or services may be subject to specific conditions.

The Consultant reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the website, as well as the services and the conditions required for their use.   • Tax and fiscal advice related to investments
  • Management outplacement

Specific services, their scope, duration and fees will be established through individual contracts with each client, which will complement these general Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of liability in financial services

The User acknowledges and accepts that:

  1. Financial advisory services involve inherent risks to financial markets.
  2. The recommendations and analyses provided by the Consultant are based on the information available at the time of their preparation and on professional criteria, but do not constitute a guarantee of results.
  3. Investment decisions are the ultimate responsibility of the client, who must evaluate their risk profile and financial objectives.
  4. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
  5. The Consultant acts with due professional diligence, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or permanent updating of all information provided.

ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE

The Consultant does not guarantee the continuity, availability and usefulness of the website, nor of the content or services. The Consultant will do everything possible for the proper functioning of the website, however, it is not responsible or guarantees that access to this website will not be uninterrupted or that it will be free of error.

Nor is it responsible or guarantees that the content or software that can be accessed through this website is free of error or causes damage to the User’s computer system (software and hardware). In no case will the Consultant be liable for losses, damages or harm of any kind arising from the access, navigation and use of the website, including, but not limited to, those caused to computer systems or those caused by the introduction of viruses.

The User who wishes to include links from their own web pages to the Consultant’s website must comply with the conditions detailed below:

  3. No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements or indications will be made about the website and its services.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available and, in general, any other act of exploitation of all or part of the content (images, texts, design, indexes, forms, etc.) that make up the website, as well as the databases and the software necessary for its visualization or operation, that does not have the express and prior written authorization of the Consultant, is prohibited.

LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Consultant also reserves the right to bring civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content, or for non-compliance with these conditions.

The relationship between the User and the Consultant will be governed by current Spanish regulations. Should any controversy arise in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these conditions, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of [CITY], Spain, unless the applicable legislation imperatively determines another different jurisdiction.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The information or personal data that the User provides to the Consultant in the course of a transaction on the website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. By using this website, the User consents to the processing of said information and data and declares that all the information or data provided is truthful and corresponds to reality.

USER OBLIGATIONS

The User guarantees that the personal information provided to the Consultant through this website is truthful, undertaking to communicate any modification thereof.

The User expressly undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered and not to use them for:

  1. Disseminating criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive content, content advocating terrorism or, in general, content contrary to law or public order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, will be competent to hear any controversy arising from them.
